Sales and Shipping Policies
- We guarantee the tickets you purchase will be exactly what you ordered
and your tickets are authentic.
- We will finalize your order and confirm availability of your tickets
by phone. We do this for your protection also due to the high rate of credit
card fraud.
- We will do this during our normal business hours of Mon - Fri 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and 9:00 am to 12:00 noon Sat. (Pacific Time)
- Full refund less shipping charges for cancelled or postponed events only.
- We are not associated with Ticketmaster, Tickets.com or any other ticketing agency, stadium, arena, team, promoter.
- Most tickets are sold with a service charge which reflects market conditions
and the cost to aquire them. We have some of the lowest service fees in
the industry.
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets cannot be replaced. We will make every
attempt to replace the tickets if that is possible, but cannot gurantee
it.
